After you have registered as a free user you need to go to your user settings and choose "buy license". You can pay online with credit card or by bill. All prices are in USD. Licenses are purchased for 12 months. Before your license expires, you will receive a reminder email and you can do another payment to extend the license - you have full cost control.
In the login screen there are the options "forgot password" and "forgot username" that will send a rescue email to the email address that you have specified for your account. Make sure that email address is still valid and check the spam folder.
For your accounting, we recommend specialized software that includes billing and dunning and complies with all legal regulations of your countries.
However, simple cost and income calculations can be done with SCBM without problems.

An email has been sent to that person. He/she has followed the link in the email and registered as a new user but they still see the free version only. This happens sometimes if they work on a mobile device or if the registration process was interrupted and the session was expired.
The problem is solved easily by the invited person following the link in the license invitation email again.
Also, you can resend the invitation. To do this, go to your licenses area where you can see the sent invitation and click the resend-button.
The currency is set per project. To change it, go to the project settings.
If the currency is not updated in an open module immediately, close and reopen the desired module.
The contents of modules like business plan etc. were created in the language that was active at the moment when they were created. If the language is changed later, only non-editable text is translated automatically into the new language. Everything that can be edited by the user stays as it is. This ensures that no edited content is lost. As soon as a new module or project is created, the new language is used.
If you want to change the language of a module later, you can reload the default content by choosing "load default" in the module menu. This deletes the current content and replaces it by the default content of the selected language.
As a licensed user, you can do this by clicking on the tool button (top right in the module menu).
This adds the pro functions. For example in the business plan this will add the buttons to add, delete or edit the questions.
When you create a project, you can choose if you want to use the default template or an empty project. Also, you can use a template that you or another user has created and shared. If you choose the empty project, most modules are empty to start with and to add content, you need the pro tools.
If instead you would like to load the default content, choose "load - default" in the module menu.
